Born in Tulsa Oklahoma, Kevin A. Silmon is a creative lyricist embracing way of life that embodies distinctive blends of funky musical patterns in harmonious and melodic perfection. He is a man with passions and missions. In the newest EP, K’Nak have the desire to make people say that rap is not bad and there is still some cool rap music out there that talented rappers like him can play.

As a young yet energetic and full of dream youngster, he started as back up dancer for numerous local acts in Tulsa. Upon finishing his high school education, he attended Prairie A&M University where he passionately and wholeheartedly search his soul and finally discovered his genuine love and passion and that is none other than music.

Writing and producing are close to his heart and these have always been his first love. K’Nak believed that music can be a great hobby and this also serves as his outlet for self expression. This youngster also believe that pain can give one the passion and power to write and life offers the tribulations and trails to move on and go through. However, for K’Nak, it is still the action, effort and faith that can turn a dream into reality.

He continued to be a great innovator in the music world today. His extraordinary musical journey was best defined by the release of his solo project known as the KlubLife. K’Nak also created an exclusive web series called KlubLife Nashville. Constantly on top of the curb, he is also the maker and host of a web-based talk show known as “The GetHeard Show”. This is a new digital platform specially designed for Indie artist where they can promote or market their art. K’Nak is currently working on new collection of EP's.

Describing this new form of groove as very energetic, a dance party-type club hypes melodic blends of funk with an old school feel. Real lyrics and thick bass, with a dip of hip hop thrill.
